Orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

Returns and Exchanges

I am pleased to accept timely returns of unopened and undamaged items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any product(s) returned outside of the 30-day return policy are at the discretion of Madnice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
