How often should you be moisturizing your skin?

Most dermatologists recommend moisturizing your face twice a day. One should be in the morning before you put on makeup, and the second time should be at night after cleansing your skin.

What happens if you moisturize too much?

Moisturizing too much can cause the product to build up onto your skin. This can clog the pores, making you feel greasy and leading to skin problems and/or skin conditions such as acne.

What is the correct way to apply moisturizer?

Working with clean skin, pump out some moisturizer on your palm or the back of your hand. Using your finger, dab the product onto your forehead, nose, chin, and either cheek. With light fingers, massage the product into your skin.. Do not rub vigorously, just lightly tap the moisturizer in using upward motions. Be sure to lightly moisturize the neck area too, again, upward motions!
